Service Description

This package includes the following: -LVAPS Pilot Conference | A Pilot will be assigned to your project and meet with you, either virtually or in-person, to discuss the scope: What is the size of the event? What style are you looking for? Are there particular shots, colours, emotions, etc., you want out of this? The Pilot will ask about the local airspace; LVAPS provides a thorough education to its Pilots on provincial and federal airspace laws. The pilot will ask about the local environment, road access, and more; LVAPS Pilots are adventurers at heart and do not have many places they will not go! This is extended for our Action Shoots to a half hour minimum. Client is expected to know the following information about the event: -Attendee count -Location -Nature of event -Hazards inherent with event or location -LVAPS Internal Review | Assigned Pilot will do a check to ensure legality of filming the event, and apply for the necessary permits if required. This will take no more than one day before you are informed of the possibility of your event. -LVAPS Pilot Operation | The assigned Pilot will perform Flight Operations for the project, taking a multitude of photos and videos based on the scope of the project and the plan set out during the conference. -Final Product | Customer will be provided with the requested product, containing the following materials: -1x 1-2 minute edited video -1x File of Raw footage up to 5 GB* *File with Raw Footage is available for download up to 90 days past the sharing of the file. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call your photographer more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancelling after this time will forfeit your deposit.
