Service Description

This package includes the following: -LVAPS Pilot Conference | A Pilot will be assigned to your project and meet with you, either virtually or in-person, to discuss the scope: What is the size of the subject? What style are you looking for? Are there particular shots, colours, emotions, etc., you need out of this? The Pilot will ask about the local airspace; LVAPS provides a thorough education to its Pilots on provincial and federal airspace laws. The pilot will ask about the local environment, road access, and more; LVAPS Pilots are adventurers at heart and do not have many places they will not go! -LVAPS Pilot Operation | The assigned Pilot will perform Flight Operations for the project, taking a multitude of photos and videos based on the scope of the project. These photos will not be available to you and are to be used as raw data for editing. This will take approximately one hour on-location, though external conditions can extend that time. The pilot will perform a survey flight, then one media flight, using two full charges of the hardware. This is expected to take approximately 45 minutes. -LVAPS Local Review | The assigned Pilot will allow the customer to perform a review of the raw data. If the customer does not find it to be to their satisfaction and has genuine directions for improvement or adjustment, the Pilot is authorized to spend up to 2 (two) more full charges of the hardware in order to capture the footage required. This can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the review. -LVAPS Delivery | Customer will be provided with a private link to their product. Physical media available as well. This will be no later than one week after the day of the shoot. Prices vary based on local environment and desired media form of finished product.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please call your photographer more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancelling after this time will forfeit your deposit.
